Changes in setup:

After you place a board in the center of the table, take all Red Urban Reward tiles, shuffle them and place them face down in a pile.Place, one-by-one and without looking, a Red Urban Reward tile on each urban site with a red border, in each city except Praha. Then, flip all Red Urban Reward tiles face up.

Changes in gameplay:

When you decide to Urbanize on the urban site with the Red Urban Reward, take the tile, before placing the Urban Building. Gain the indicated reward after you fully resolve the effect of just placed Building.
